Christina focuses on designing content products that solve teachers’ biggest ELA and SEL challenges so learners cultivate the critical thinking and 21st century skills for success in school, career, and life. After teaching middle school literacy in Nashville, TN, Christina continued her teaching career in San Jose, CA where she taught all subjects and developed curriculum.

Before coming to Newsela, Tyler was a Newsela Certified Educator, Newsela Teacher Trainer, and a Newsela Resource Writer. These days he is the Customer Success Manager for the state of Illinois, helping schools and districts use Newsela to best meet their curricular priorities.

Kelsey has spent her career partnering with educators and learners to develop engaging, authoritative and appropriate educational products across K12 and higher ed course areas. At Newsela, her primary goal is to ensure that today’s students become both lifelong learners and engaged citizens, prepared to tackle future challenges and opportunities.

Elizabeth partners with educators to design content products that solve their most pressing challenges in teaching and learning. At Newsela, her focus is on our science product and new product ideas. Elizabeth began her career teaching middle school science in Atlanta, GA and then moved to Seoul, South Korea to teach and design a K-5 transdisciplinary STEM curriculum at Korea International School.
