Solution Architect
Ashley Hart is a Solution Architect at Newsela. She is a former Massachusetts Humanities Curriculum Supervisor who believes in providing students with curricular and content experiences that have "mirrors, windows, and sliding glass doors" that inspire them to make a difference in the world. In her work at Newsela, she empowers leaders and educators across Maine to grow students who think, innovate and use their voices every day. Ashley holds an M Ed from Bridgewater State University and a BA in English and Secondary Education from Stonehill College.
Instructional Designer, SEL
Laura is an Instructional Designer for ELA and SEL at Newsela. Formerly, she was a 3rd and 4th grade General Elementary Educator outside DC. At Newsela, she designs and develops accessible instructional resources for both teachers and students to make learning come alive.
