She brings subject matter expertise in the areas of secondary social studies, content embedded literacy and STEM, as well as expertise in developing and implementing responsive, multi-disciplinary curricula. Annie has a wealth of experience as an instructional coach, professional learning facilitator, and as a leader of local and state-wide initiatives to increase teacher capacity and retention.

Kayleigh is a Senior Research Analyst on the Learning team at Newsela, where she conducts research on student learning outcomes.
