Teamwork makes the dream work

The school with the most participating teachers, who have each created a minimum of one assignment on Newsela during the challenge period, will receive the top prize of a free virtual professional development session on a topic of your choice for your school, in addition to Newsela swag packs for every participating teacher.

Harvest Newsela swag

Individual participants have plenty of opportunities to collect swag throughout the challenge. The top 5 teachers with the most assignments at the end of the challenge will receive premium Newsela swag. Throughout the challenge, teachers can win additional prizes for assigning ready-to-go assignments shared by Newsela.
